Domenic brings considerable expertise and experience to Venus Concept, having held senior posts at several industry leading multinationals like Teva Pharmaceuticals, Diageo and Nestle. Most recently, he was CFO of Intellipharmaceutics International Inc. —a Nasdaq and TSX listed public company. Domenic also secured private equity experience through a successful mandate as CFO of Timothy’s Coffees of The World. He has made significant contributions to numerous mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, financial systems, and organizational change mandates. Domenic is a C.A., CPA, and holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University (Toronto).

Ross is an accomplished industry leader and veteran, bringing over 30 years of experience in the healthcare sector to Venus Concept. His vast experience as a leader in sales includes positions at Candela Medical, Lumenis, and Ulthera, Inc. 

Ross holds a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce.

Anna brings over 20 years of experience in HR and business roles. Prior to joining Venus Concept, Anna was at Loblaw Companies Limited, a leading food and pharmacy leader in Canada, and her contributions extended to Human Resources, Training, Internal Communications, Sales Enablement as well as P&L responsibilities for various business units.

Michael brings more than 10 years of experience providing legal and strategic advice to Venus Concept.

Michael began his legal career in 2011 with Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, one of the top law firms in Canada, in its Corporate Law group. He continued to practice business law in progressive in-house roles at the Toronto Organizing Committee for the 2015 Pan-Am Games, and then with Walmart Canada Corp. prior to joining Venus Concept. 

Michael earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law in 2010, graduating in the top 5th percentile of his class. He also holds an Honors Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Toronto, graduating with High Distinction in 2007. Michael was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2011.

Kirk is a seasoned professional with expertise in international markets. He began his career in vision and eye-care at Ciba Vision, where he was quickly promoted to National Director of Key Accounts. After transitioning into the aesthetic world, Kirk began working at Medicis, where he launched industry renowned Perlane and Dysport. In 2010, Kirk joined Zeltiq, becoming the Director of Europe before being promoted to Vice President of APAC. Following the successful acquisition of Zeltiq by Allergan, Kirk embarked on a new chapter at miraDry as Vice President, International followed by General Manager, Global.

Melissa has over 25 years of experience in marketing, sales management, consulting, and business development. She has owned her own business as well as managed global brands such as BOTOX Cosmetic®. She has a BSc in Chemistry from University of Western Ontario, an MBA from Queens University, and is a CPA, CMA.

Rajiv brings extensive executive experience and expertise in the fields of dermatology, aesthetics, pharmaceuticals, medical devices and healthcare. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Covis Pharma, a multinational specialty pharmaceutical company, and is a co-founder of Asiri Skincare, a privately held company focused on topical consumer therapeutic skincare products. He has previously served as President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of Endo International Plc, a publicly traded, multinational pharmaceutical corporation, as well as President of Valeant Pharmaceuticals International (now Bausch Health), where he also served as Chief Operating Officer of the company’s Specialty Pharmaceuticals business, including its dermatology and aesthetics unit. Prior to that, Rajiv held various leadership positions within Novartis AG, including President of Novartis Pharma Canada. Rajiv began his career in healthcare at McKinsey & Company in 1995, where he rose to Partner. 

Rajiv holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with Honors from Princeton University, a Master of Science from Stanford University, and a Master of Business Administration with Distinction from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Jesus is a performance-oriented sales leader and executive with an exceptional record of achievement in a 25-year career in medical sales.

Jesus has extensive international experience and has excelled in launching , developing, and growing robotics and other disruptive technologies.

He has a proven track record of successfully representing companies in unfamiliar markets and growing that business exponentially.

Jesus joined Venus in 2020 and is responsible for our Direct Business in Mexico and in growing and developing our distribution business in Latin America.

Joey Brown brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the VeroHair, and training programs. Having spent over 2 decades in key and executive positions with Bosely, Restoration Robotics, SmartGraft and NeoGraft, Joey is exceedingly knowledgeable about all aspects of the industry, from launching brand new practices to helping seasoned ones reach new heights. Joey’s passion is always patient and customer facing. 

With over 35 years of experience, 19 years in Finance and 18 years in Medical Aesthetics, Joyce Morris joined Venus Concept in 2011 and has successfully developed Venus Concept into a 100-million-dollar market in Canada. A natural leader, Joyce has cultivated a championship-style team with a client centric focus. 

Oggie Petrovic is systems design lead for robotics products with over 15 years of experience in the medical device industry. At Venus Concept he has significantly contributed to robotic recipient site making, implantation, and micro coring indications for use. His formative years in software engineering were at Motorola, IBM, and Intel. At Santa Clara University he has been passionately involved with Robotic Systems Laboratory working on robotic systems for air, land, sea, and space. 

Ofer Adi is a multidisciplinary engineering leader with over 15 years of experience in development and development engineering at the aesthetic medical industry. He has vast experience with RF, Electrotherapy, Microdermabrasion, lasers, and IPL devices' development. He also holds a channel and optimizing RF energy patent for medical aesthetic uses. Ofer started his medical aesthetic professional career at the Viora Sinclair and has worked at Venus since Aug 2020.

Richard is a seasoned leader with over 40 years managing medical device manufacturing and operations teams globally. He has established manufacturing sites in Costa Rica, Mexico, Europe, and Asia along with multiple US sites. Richard has worked in multiple medical technologies including ultrasound imaging/doppler, RF ablation, diabetes, surgical robotics, and laser and RF for aesthetics.

Sylvia started her professional career as a biochemist, conducting personalized medicine and genetics research with Massachusetts General Hospital before entering the world of medical devices. After several years in clinical affairs and clinical research for a blood glucometer manufacturer, she decided to temporarily leave the industry to become a registered nurse. Sylvia served as a bedside clinician and nurse leader at several hospitals before returning to medical device manufacturing. She has been able to use her unique perspective as both a device developer and end user to grow in various clinical, quality, and regulatory leadership roles. Sylvia approaches every facet of her role in medical device manufacturing with the simple goal of ensuring the development of safe and effective products for users and patients.

Cliff is a seasoned engineer with over 40 years of experience across a variety of industries such as Aerospace, medical instruments and robotics. He has spent over 16 years in the medical robotics industry and designed optical visions systems, robotic end-effectors, and numerous other commercialized products. He has over 65 patents granted or in application and was educated at top institutions such as the University of Wisconsin, Illinois Institute of Technology, Caltech and Stanford University.
