We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Field Service Technician to join our growing team located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The Field Service Technician is responsible for providing on-site customer service support, troubleshooting and maintenance within their assigned territory. The Field Service Technician will work both on-site and out of the Toronto office. The Field Service Technician will be reporting to the Field Service Manager.

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, results-driven and performance-driven Quality Engineer to join our growing team!  Reporting to the Director of Quality, the Quality Engineer will be remote and will be responsible for The Quality Engineer supports the Quality Management System and provides quality engineering support across product development, manufacturing, supplier management, and post-market activities. This role partners closely with Engineering, Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and suppliers to investigate issues, assess changes, support corrective actions, maintain quality system processes, and help ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and quality requirements.

The position serves as a key technical quality resource within the organization and plays an important role in driving issues to resolution, supporting continuous improvement activities, and maintaining the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, results-driven and performance-driven NPI Engineer/ Electrical Engineer to join our growing team! Reporting to the Chief Product Officer and Director of Supply Chain, the NPI Engineer/ Electrical Engineer will be based in the Yokne’am office in Israel and will be responsible for leading the documentation recovery, knowledge-transfer, and production-readiness work required to support the transfer of the Venus systems and associated applicators to a new Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO). This role will be responsible for identifying and closing documentation gaps, organizing tribal and process knowledge into controlled manufacturing documentation, supporting PCBA and test fixture transfer activities, driving engineering build and validation readiness, and ensuring long-term internal ownership of key manufacturing knowledge
