The Field Service Technician is responsible for providing on-site customer service support, troubleshooting and maintenance within their assigned territory. This role will be responsible for identifying and closing documentation gaps, organizing tribal and process knowledge into controlled manufacturing documentation, supporting PCBA and test fixture transfer activities, driving engineering build and validation readiness, and ensuring long-term internal ownership of key manufacturing knowledge
